It only applies to the ally who scores the crit. - Excellent!!!!
- It's really one of the very best zetas you'll drop on. Helps in just about every situation.
- I saw something interesting on this last night. My Qira dazed R2 with her Basic - which should prevent counter, but he still countered and cleansed himself. So maybe in the case of a same-turn counter it resolves before debuffs are applied? Not sure.
