It i just a question of being able to compete, and further more a question of return of investment.
You mentioned in your top10 fleet arena people are no whales, however in mine there are.
5 people who already have Biggs, Wedge, Boba, JC, Ahsoka (each with ship ofc). Without also having Boba's ship, I can't win, even not if I play against the bot.
Also in my Squad Arena there a some people who are far over lvl70 and can farm Wedge already in cantina battles since a few days, I still can't.
The 3 daily shipments are not enough to buy 2x Wedge and 2x Slave I (or I was unlucky).
I hope the investment of 50 crystals a day pays off by being able to hold my arena position...
