That EA_Jessie I quoted is a community manager or a dev on forum, you cna check him out so info is legit, my guildmates also said the same thing. yu should get a pop-up notice that new mods will be in shipments.
Also I bought a mod pack today, totally bad. Not even one 4-dot-mod, also no speed mod. Only one rarity-A-mod. So I think the mod packs may really not be worth the 600 crystals any more.
They are still worth it, if you have none good ones. High chance you can get smth useful. But on later stages I guess not.
I literally hate my QGJ now. He is underpowered as f***. 62lvl and tier7 gear (max) and he has 9k health, almost 3k def, being a 6*. 5* consular with same gear has over 15k... This guide is literally worthless in this part. So salty now about reading this. A new guide, more accurate, should be released. I guess OP had similar bracket to our friend Stuey here.
