My version atm would be:

1) Farm GS and Lando in Cantina, always two refreshes.
2) FarmQGJ Boba Fett in Cantina store
3) Farm STH in Arena store
4) FarmPhasma Biggs in GW store
This leads to avery easy to maintain Arena team of Phasma Lando (Lead), Biggs, GS, Lando, STH, Boba Fett. Fill in JC until GS or another good toon is ready.
Always keep level, abilities and most important gear to maximum!
5) FarmRey and Ewok Elder Rex, Sun Fac and/or gear in Guild store (depends on how much guild tokens you get)
6) FarmIG-88 Ackbar in Arena store after STH
7) FarmChewie GS in Cantina to 5* after Lando and after Lando is at 7*
8) Farm 5-dot-health-Mods when GS is 5* and you manage the challenge
9) FarmBiggs Ship Plans for Biggs', Ahsoka's, Sun Fac's, JC's and GS' ships from GW store after Phasma Biggs is at 7* and you achieve lvl 60
10) FarmAnakin and Rey Ahsoka, JC, RG, Chewie from hard nodes, before they are maxed also Biggs and Boba.
This gives you a Credit Heist team of Lando, STH, Boba, IG-88, Chewie which is good enough to beat it (just have Lando, Boba and STH on max, they are the stars).Ewok Elder is a slow farm, but worth it for Galactic War and Rancor raid.
11)You will have time until level 69, now finish mod nodes and farm 5 dot health mods to improve main chars Farm Wedge, Slave I and missing ship plans in Fleet store. Level all ships (Biggs, Wedge, Ahsoka, Sun Fac, Geo Soldier, JC) equally so you have them at 3 stars each on lvl68
12) At level 69 farm Wedge from Cantina and gear Wedge and Biggs up as fast as possible
14) FarmAckbar IG-88 ??/Leia ?? from Arena store
15) Farm Teebo from GW store (you are already in a T-7 guild who do the heroic rancor in an hour, aren't you? If not, go find one. Farming ship plans until your fleet arena team is all 7* will grant you access to a lot of mats (zeta) and shards (Wedge and all the other pilots)
16) If you want to be competitive in Fleet Arena (and you will find this quite easy with GS, Wiggs and Boba who also are strong pilots by now, I was top 5 instantly I rarely shows up an I still only have 28/80 with already lvl68...) farm Resistance pilot from GW store, JC from hard nodes, Poe or Ahsoka from Cantina store and TFP from Cantina before starting with Anakin
