Hmm, following the guide it shouldn't be a problem to beat Credit Heist tier 3 and 4 at the first opportunity. Are your Lando and STH both 7* and at max possible gear for level 72? Than you really should beat tier 3...
Being out of credits is quite normal at ANY level, hehe. That's nothing special. But only 140 in Arena is weird. Can you make an account in swgoh.gg, so I can have a look at your roster?
