Im not stacking potency on him. It just so happens that a potency cross is my next fastest mod. ;)
Potency is useful on zFinn resistance. Also some characters have really low base potency and need at least a cross even in arena so they can land their main debuff. My g11 Holdo with 7% base potency come to mind.
