Yes, it will do all that if it hits. But if it misses it does absolutely nothing AND disables his zeta until he becomes prepared again. The new legendary Chewbacca has an ignore defense on one of his abilities and a can not be evaded on another ability. It's the same Chewbacca, just different timelines.
