If they had 1 on a 16 node and one on like arena i ll be fine. I calculated it and with triple refreshes every day you ll take abt 50 days to farm both of them (starting from 65)

I think the point is... they have not said what we need, it's pure speculation, still even if it turns out to be correct, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me... and the vets have been out of reach for f2p since they were released. (Don't use that "oooh there in shipments" mumbo jumbo line either, nobody can afford that) so sure I've stocked up cantina energy and will farm them like any other hero, and get a bit of a head start from double drops... but im not holding my breath... I've already come to the conclusion that were expected to fork over lots $ for refreshes and shipment purchases if we want to get the vets to 7* in time... and even then since they haven't said what is needed its a gamble. And I'm tired of gambling on this game. I just want to play and have fun.

TW in beta was alot of fun... can't wait for it to go live Dec 1st.

IR looks fun too and i think, nah i KNOW i will enjoy the game more if i play it for fun rather than panic farm AGAIN. I did that for CLS, thrawn, BB-8, chimara, captain han solo and im just sick of it.

Im just gonna enjoy all the awesome new modes, breath easy and have fun 4 awhile.

Even if only one was required it would still cut it close to farming vet Han to 7* because it takes forever to farm these characters from cantina level 8 all the way to 7*

i also no understand, why the vet's should be so important.

palpatin needed "normal" characters
yoda needed "normal" characters
r2d2 needed "normal" characters
commander luke needed "normal" characters
bb8 needed "normal" characters
thrawn needed "normal" characters

"normal" for me means, we had enough time to make them 7*

we need captain han in tb, and i have him no at 5* and will need for sure some mounths more for 7*

if the rey-event comes eastern 2018... no problem! if not:

the needed vet's would be a punch in the face of the f2p and all, who haven't thousands of dollars to burn...

I'm a bit confused and have been to embarassed to ask...

I'm a low to mid level player, nothing special, no "epic" characters...but somewhere along the way I have got Vet Han and Vet Chewie...I'd assumed everything else has.

Am I right?

Theres a big difference between owning them and having them at 7*, which will probably be the needed star level to get rey. Everyone has them at 3*, but 7* is a different story.

The Hero’s Journey: Luke required all 5 toons to be at 7 stars to have CLS activated. We think that would be the case for Hero’s Journey: Rey as well.
Sure everyone has them, but only so-called Whales have them at 7 stars.

I have them at six stars. I’ve been buying their shards with my daily crystal rewards every single day (at the expense of everything else). My arena team is made up of all free characters. I’ve been using free characters to earn free crystals to buy free shards for the veterans.

You don’t have to be a whale to get them to 7* if you have been playing the game long enough to have unlocked all of the free raid and event characters who help you earn daily crystals. It can be done without money if you spent the time and anticipated the importance of these characters.
