What are the Bad Batch good for?
I got all four of them to 7*, tier XIII, no Zetas and abilities are only level 7 - but feel kind of reluctant to pour more resources into upgrading them further (those omegas are hard to come by). ...

Since your 501st isn't finished, you could chuck in arc or fives as your 5th.
Also now that you've relicd them I would say apply the omegas and zetas otherwise it was a waste of resources.
From what I've seen they are a pretty good squad. Could be your grievous counter since that's one thing I remember seeing them really good for but if you get decent speed mods on them I reckon they could take down a lot of squads.
For the future, you probably need to focus on finishing the older squads that you mentioned on the bottom of your post to build up your roster.
