I don't know but I went from 0 to 48 mk6 hyposyringes Tuesday. 20 of that was from challanges but still, I was happy with it.
I spent 240 from refreshes and some bonus energy as well.

I had a feeling I should drop a refresh on farming 5dot health mods and got two 5dot speed primaries and and gold mod with a speed secondary.
It was the same thing with the hyposyringes. I was "feeling it" and rolled the dice.
