I agree zetas should be added to omega challenges BUT only if they make the new zeta tier actually a challenge.

Give us t4 with a 5* toon min requierment (stay with 3 toons, or up it to 5) but make it need alat least g10 and decent mods.

Current progress in zetas is fine but it will need to speed up eventually and having a few properly challenging and rewarding for variety type events would also help keep people interested. Even if it was only once or twice a month it happened

No. Perhaps in the near future, EA/CG can look into more ways to get zetas (maybe a separate, harder zeta challenge), but they should not take away the omega challenges. They're really helpful for people just getting to maxing abilities, and I still am glad to get the easy omegas.

Idk, in my experience the longer you play in the end game, the more you realize you have too many zetas and not enough omegas and 3's

Yes the purple mats are the problem. I have too many toons starred and geared up with abilities at level 3.

And to use those 20 zetas will need additional omegas and 3's ;)

This. I have 10 zeta and 1 omega...

It is really okay as it is.
But sooner or later zeta will be obtainable on a daily basis,....directly after they've released megazetas
