What the hell just happenend?

Faced a nightsister team, only zombie and acolyte, acolyte was perma stealthed and the zombie kept reviving, i couldnt finish the fight?!?!?! I needed all 5 fights to get top 100 today to get my 100 purple shard things :( what the hell just happenend?
