If you are going to use a taunt then RG is the best way to go for defense, Han is great when your attacking but is easily dealt with on defense. JE has really lowered the utility of Poe in droid squads since he now moves dead last in your squad.
4th man should 100% Jawa Engineer from guild shipments, he is a godsend for droids even as a 4*
