Who is the better leader: Non Zeta Vader or Boba Fett?

I run a Boba lead team consisting of Boba 7* g8; Vader 5* g8; TFP 7* g9; RG 5* g8; and SF 5* g8. Since I don't own EP and Krennic is only 3* the only potential leaders for me are Boba and Vader. So ...
