She's only OP if you let her run amok, like many other high-dps characters. If it's PvP Arena, and you don't have the toons to counter her, don't fight that team.
If she's in GW, you can re-jigger your lineup until a Dooku (or maybe even Daka -- need to check speed) stun lands on her to give you a buffer to take her out.
You just need to learn how to manage the threat she presents in the right context. Sure, she's powerful, but so are a lot of other characters once fully decked out and starred...
