Why they haven't nerf rey?

I saw rey today giving me 22k (3x7k...) on my dooku. Ok, since it's not the first post on rey, the first argument of those that say rey is OK the way it is...is: she's easy to kill....well that's not true. Try to play whit ig-88, and you shall see what easy to kill is all about. Rey have good evade so plus bonus (dooku or lumi).... it's really something (and i'm not talking about the fact that she get 100% on her first skill, which happen every time she's call). Just low her dps, like hit for 14-18k, not a big nerf, but just enough that she could'nt one shot average toons.

    If Rey has extremely low health then what describes 88 and 86'snipers health?
