Worth going for SEE after Leviathan?

He is a long way from Rey.
SEE is arguably the worst GL. He does next to nothing for you in PVE and isn't that great in PVP vs other GLs. His main attraction is ease of acquisition.
Jabba is a far superior investment, being valuable in both PVE and PVP and having the added bonus of his own mod slicing mat event. Krayt raid may well be gone by the time you acquire him but that really doesn't diminish his value and you can gain benefit from using his Hutt Cartel requirements in the raid.
I would look at how long it's going to take to acquire Jabba vs SEE and if the difference isn't too great - like 6 months vs 3 months - I would favor Jabba.
