Zader in rancor phases
So I was thinking, why are the dots removed when you go to another phase (during the rancor not the piggies). It is the same rancor and dots shouldn't disappear.

May be a new phase, but your own teams' cool downs carry over, so should the dots. Since they don't in GW(yet cooldowns do), I guess it's WAI and that is an expiration of all debuffs at the and of any encounter.
If the rancor debuff's one of your toons, that debuff doesn't carry over either. Besides, if they did, one could stack them so rancor could be killed with one or two culling blades in P4
