That was only a few turns. He was healing when that wasn't active and had no hots.

i believe they fixed shared uniques persisting after death with biggs/wedge and baze/chirrut, so poe shouldn't grand finn "the 22% tenacity and the 7.5% health recovery whenever he resists" if he's no longer alive.
but you never know with these kind of things, sometimes it's a bug, sometimes it's WAI. Or it is WAI, until it gets fixed. you get the point.

He gains Poe's unique as well. It doesn't get neglected when Dameron dies.
