I need help i try to log in game 11 days ago

I tried all i can

Pls help i play this game since 3 years i don't want to loose my account

    Have you tried some basic fixes like clearing the cache and data, reinstalling the game, and checking if everything is up to date?

    had same issue for several days, by chance i went the distance and cleared cache and reinstalled entire game to be able to open a guest acct, in the game settings i think i went into Connect, unlinked from google play store, imported account from EA and the game picked up where i left off. 

    i just now tried to link my acct thru google store and it gave the same message it was for that time - so don't do that. ever

    We're aware of the issues and shared a potential workaround. Studio is looking for a permanent fix for this issue.

    EA_Gunner Your "workarounds" only work for accounts you already had connected to your EA account. If you have multiple accounts, like I do, and only one of them is connected to an EA account it will only work for the one account. Yes, I was informed about how you can add another account by adding your account number to your email (email+account#@gmail.com etc.), however this only works if you know the Player ID of that account, which I don't have memorized and don't have a screenshot of because my old screen shots didn't upload to my new phone when I got it a year ago. The player ID is an extremely long complicated code that I don't have memorized. If you would let us use our ally code to add extra accounts that would be easier because its only a 9 digit code that is easier to memorize. I have contacted EA HELP multiple times trying to get them to give me my player ID for my main account but no one EVER RESPONDS. Just give me my player ID for my main account so I can at least try to help my guild in events this round. I'm a guild leader, in charge of the TW event, and I have the highest raid score for my guild but I cant participate in any of that right now because of this. FIX YOUR GAME.
