1/22/18 Territory Wars Counter not working. Squads defeated still showing

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug The counter in the upper right does not reduce upon defeat of an opponent. The squads defeated are not being removed from the list either.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This should be fairly evident. The counters on either team are not dropping. Need a hot fix ASAP.
