URGENT - Unable to view any paid content

I've gotten no help or response so far so repost sorry

Since I ported to PC I've been unable to view any ingame content at all that includes real monetary purchases.

This includes the episode pass, conquest plus and paid offers in the in game store, which also includes and blocks any FREE calendars and offers I would usually be able to see 

The crystals page in the shop shows up with the error message "unable to proceed with request as it is not in line with EA requirements" as seen in the pic below (I have also gone to the link it has not helped).

Free offers like bonus calendars also do not show up and the tiered packs with free and paid tiers DO show up in store but they only lead to an endless loading screen if I click on them.

I thought it might be because my account was still underage, so I updated it but to no avail, I also think account age isn't a factor here as I've always been able to view paid offers in my many years playing the game with a previously underage account. 

Anybody had this problem before? And if so do you have a fix please
