280/330 Jedi Training Rey Shards even tho I completed the event

As another post has said, I too did the Jedi Training Rey Event to completion (As is shown in the attached image), but I did not apparently receive all the shards. It did not register that I got those shards. I did ask support first and they acknowledged the issue, but I never got the rest of the shards, just like the other poster. I see they got their issue resolved. It's been almost a year waiting for my shards, please help! Thank you!
