4/12 Update - Android - Game Crashing / Not Loading [Investigating]

I have the same problem, Android shuts down, bluestacks gets frozen on the loading screen. Around 11:00 it was working..

Same here, game is stuck in a constant loop trying to load...

I have an android device. Today, I am getting an error that Hero's stopped, or Hero's keeps stopping. I am having no issues with other gaming apps, just this one. Hero's will give me this message after getting past Disney Lucas File ltd and just as it pulls up Heros loading screen. 

Any thoughts?

Having same issue.

Was able to log in and play a few hours ago and now it doesn't even load.  It goes to the title screen that says Disney and Lucas and shuts down???

Cleared cache, data, uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted device multiple times and to no eval nothing is working???

Please fix issue!!!

Huawei media Tablet is up to date for updates as well!

I have been unable to login since 7:30am(EST) or so today, December 5th. Same issue as the other replies. Missing energy/store refreshes and such. Hoping to have this compensated/reset. Ally code is 963-525-263. Thank you.

My ally code is 265-325-519.  Game crashes during load up every time.  Can't access it and I'm about to miss out on my daily rewards.
