I bought 2 Apple gift cards under the new promotion. I redeemed the $25 card and got the rewards in game. I then bought a $50 card, redeemed it and I have not received my rewards. No crystals, shards or anything. I reached out to EA help, but no response yet. I’ve also tried the usual things I’m told to do, I clicked the restore purchase button. Nothing. I restarted the game. Nothing. I restarted my phone. Nothing. I really need some help please.
