Units with 1 max health can be defeated with F34T disk

When using the training droids disk to farm feats in Conquest, I noticed that a b1 battle droid was defeated when all of its stacks were removed.

On a different team, Kylo Ren (Unmasked) was suddenly defeated at some point in the battle. No instakill abilities were available in either of these cases. With Kylo, I was using GL Leia, who can reduce max health with her basic. I suspect that the disk is coded to prevent units from dropping below 1 health, which is why they can be defeated by normal attacks if their max health is already 1.
