I reached out via in game support at your recommendation.
I purchased the $25 and $50 gift cards on the target website. When I went to redeem the $50 I got a message saying the content bonus is currently unavailable.
Same thing happened to me.
Gunner. EA support is not helping at all. They keep saying Apple can help. Apple cannot issue items for 3rd party apps. That doesn’t make sense that they would be able to do it. You guys need to get on this as it’s considered false advertising. You’re advertising something and not providing that product. EA support in game is completely useless. No help what so ever.
2 years later, same issue but with the $25 card. EA support says they can see the rewards were granted, but they are not showing up in game.
However, the rewards for the $50 gift card did show up in game.
A guy in my guild says his rewards for the $25 gift card showed up 24 hours later.
EA support is not helping, other than saying i already got them, when it's 100% obvious I have not gotten them inside the game itself.
This has got to be fixed if you guys are going to keep running these same promotions.
