Summarize your bug It has been 3 weeks since i redeemed my Apple $50 Gift Card promotion. the $25 redeemed without issues, the $50 card gave me the redeem prompt, sent to to ingame store, but there was an error in processing from store and NO rewards were delivered You have sent me to in-game help 3 times, they are the worst help desk ever, they have verified that my apple card was valid, and their system state it even sent rewards, BUT IT DID NOT. They are giving me the same response over and over that they have already been redeemed, NO THEY HAVE NOT. I am sooooooo tired of every other day is a different help desk person telling me the same thing. I have asked to be escalated to a manger 5 times, and they keep ignoring.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? you can't unless u bought an apple gift card

Keeping a record of this aweful in game support. They even tried to have me uninstall the game to clear the cache(including the Helpdesk history)
