Yet another smart person over there claiming I received these promo rewards yet I still haven’t seen anything added to my account? 😂
Seems to be the boilerplate response although I got an "alleged" timestamp of when rewards were issued. Same issue here. Last time trying a promo here too.
I got the same response - then they close the ticket. The lack of investigation is really frustrating.
