Having the same issue here. After a conversation with Apple, they told me to speak to the app developer.

Yep I’ve been waiting for the rewards from my last $50 gift card purchase since May 8th. I sent in game support screenshots of the receipts for the purchase. Even sent screenshots from Apple support saying its good on Apple’s end of things.
Still keep getting the runaround. If this continues Iam not sure I want to spend a dime more on this game.
Dissapointing as they seem to not care at all. Amazing they are still in business lol.

  Yep this is awful… support seems to just be sticking to the same script. It’s almost like no one actually has any way of making this right which is very annoying.
