$50 target gc didn’t receive bundle in game

Question

Bought the $50 gift card with swgoh bundle on May 1st. Redeemed it, which is shown in the App Store, but never got the rewards in game. Tried Apple support that said since it’s registered in the App Store i need to talk to the dev. When i contacted ea support, they said i already received it, however this is impossible since my crystals never increased and have not been above 7k in the past week(supposed to get 7370 crystals from it). Really enjoy the game but discouraged about this. It worked fine last year.

Reilly756​ - I had a similar thing happen and resolve itself two days later when I logged in to the game with the Apple account with which I redeemed the gift card, on the device in which I redeemed it. I do not know if you have more than one account or more than one device, but just in case it is more than a coincidence that it happened this way to me, I thought I’d mention it.
