Error trying to purchase the $30 DTC pack
I tried to purchase this pack in the website, PC client, and mobile. All three gave me an error and won't let me purchase it. Ally code 288867367

I also had the same error both in the web store and in-game then the $29.99 Disguised Clone Trooper pack disappeared as if I purchased it. I reinstalled the game, the pack reappeared, then the same issue occurred again. Allycode: 972-146-854.
This is resolved for me now. Eventually I got an option to cancel a pending transaction on the pack in game. I cancelled it and was able to purchase the pack.
