7th star reward Travel Guide R2D2 SWGoH

I finished the R2D2 travel guide in July 2024 but I did not receive the reward. So my R2 can't go up to 7 stars. I reported the problem in July 2024 either by email or by chat and no one has been able to solve my problem for all this time
