My purple shards have vanished
I had saved 6700+ to use in Proving Grounds, the game crashed and now it shows 2062.

What purple shards are you referring to? The game has a few things that are purple. Do you mean your crystals, the legend tokens to use the in legend store, purple ability mats? Screenshot would help.
