A.I. With 100% TM not Taking Turn

Summarize your bug While attacking opponent’s defense in Grand Arena, the enemy Kylo Ren Unmasked reached 100% turn meter but didn’t use an ability leaving the timer to run out with me unable to fight.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Don’t know if this is repeatable. First time I have experienced this. I was able to attack the enemy up until their Kylo Ren got to 100% TM, then no one moved or did anything. The game didn’t appear to be lagging or freezing as the timer was still running down like it normally does.
