Ability buttons disappeared during my GAC when I was clearly about to win the battle, so my round is lost. The team was full Gungans, and as shown in picture, only Phalanx left. I use the PC client.

Had the same issue when doing a battle in GAC with Malicos against Baylan, reported the bug on AHQ only to get booted then ignored by EA.
Happened again this GAC round. Does anyone from EA support acknowledge bug reports on the new forums? Not sure if I’m reporting to the correct place anymore.
I'm not sure this forum is the best way for reporting bug, better post on EA Answer HQ to get a "real answer" ...
