Accidental Purchase Due to Game Lag - Seeking One-Time Courtesy.

I was playing SWOGH on EA pc client like i always do and running through my dailys ,   I went to to click the bronzium Data card , but the game lagged and i it miss click the daily Jawa deal and ate 3200 crystals. I tried to contact support immediately on EA side and they said they could do nothing . I have not touched these items   and this really hurts my overall Era plans if i loose these crystals this way.   Is there anyway i can get a refund on my crystals some how  my Ally code is   762-599-577
