Episode Pass Not Active

Still no resolution to this issue, I was asked to use the restore purchases button, which I did the day before yesterday. 

I shouldn’t be so hard for them to just unlock the episode rewards track and move on. They acknowledged I purchased it, so this should be over but it’s dragging on for several days now. 

Day 4 and still no resolution to this very simple issue. All they have to do is activate the episode pass, they’ve already acknowledged that I purchased the pass. This is not a 4+ day issue. 

I would kindly ask CM to forward this to support so it gets resolved. 

Now we are up to Day 5 with no resolution and I’m about to ask PayPal to refund my money 

Hopefully you get a response on Monday. 

This is just sad at this point 

We are on Day 6 now with them not being able to activate the Episode Pass. I’ve done every one of their trouble shooting suggestions since Day 1. It’s not a matter of “If” my Episode Pass isn’t activating. It is an easily confirmed fact that it is not active. 

Day 7 still no resolution to this issue of the Episode Pass not being active in game after purchasing in Webstore. 

I understand that the webstore didn’t sync with the game for this one action. 

They asked for proof of purchase they got that and agreed that I made the purchase. They acknowledged that the episode pass is not active in game. 

What is so hard about activating the pass for me in game and just bypassing the webstore command. It’s been 7 days. 

I will not spend anymore money on anything in this game until this issue is solved. 

This is the 3rd or 4th time ive gotten this same message over the last 7 days. 

This is just sad. Capital Games you have to do better than this. 

This is what they said to me, I am furious. 

Took all their steps and it is still locked.
