Accidental purchase

Ally code: 394-759-449Accidental purchase was made 19/03/2025 of a Stellar Bounty Calendar while my phone was in my pocket. This purchase was not intended and I have not claimed any part of the calendar since then. I am hoping to have the purchase refunded and the item removed from my account.&nbsp;I have tried in-game support and they directed me to Google Play support, which has so far only given automated responses.Thank you for your consideration.

I am still waiting to hear back after a whole month has passed. I have so far been directed by in-game support to contact Google Play support. Google Play support has informed me that since some time had elapsed that the matter is out of their hands and to contact the app developers. It appears that each is trying to delay and do nothing.

If no action is taken soon, I will contact my payment provider.
