Accidental purchase

Accidental purchase was made 19/03/2025 of a Stellar Bounty Calendar while my phone was in my pocket. This purchase was not intended and I have not claimed any part of the calendar since then. I am hoping to have the purchase refunded and the item removed from my account. I have tried in-game support and they directed me to Google Play support, which has so far only given automated responses.
