Forum or Tech Support?

This forum used to be about playing the game, now most messages are about not getting what was purchased in the store or the game not loading.

I rarely open this forum anymore- 8 years ago I would be reading it multiple times each day.

I have had support apologize and direct me to the forums - so I know why this has turned into crowd sourced tech support but it feels pretty unacceptable for a succcessful game. 

I’m we must be in quite a state if I am coming to the forums hoping for new character suggestions (with potential kits)!!
