Accidentally bought the wrong thing

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me.

I tried one of the new “build a bundle” things in the store and accidentally bought 2 full kyro pieces which I don’t need when I wanted to buy the 20 zeta mats. 

In game support didn’t help me but suggested I could request a refund through Apple. I’m worried I’ll be banned if I do this though? I’d really just rather have the 20 zeta mats in exchange for the kyrotech
