I had the same thing happen. I know I selected the zetas but I got the keypads instead. The support didn’t even give me any ideas to help/rectify the problem.
That’s so frustrating. As I say support told me to request a refund through Apple but I know people can get banned for that sort of thing so I guess it’s just 9.99 down the drain for me
