Accidentally unlinked and relinked account to new email

Hello, after I tried to make an alternate account with a new email address, I mistakenly linked my new account to my old email address, effectively detaching my old account from the EA account. 

I currently have the same two email addresses somehow connected to the same new account, whereas I just wanted one EA account on one device, and the other EA account on the other device.

The old account had an ally code of 488-351-815 and is under the name "SirRoofus". I am wondering if it is possible to relink this account to this email account as I've spent over 4 and a half years playing this game.

Any help would be much appreciated.
