Account banned???

I've been trying to log into play the game but it's been saying my account is banned. I believe my account was hacked and it was using a 3rd party hack which flagged my account and resulted in my ban. Or it could be that I glitched out while playing the game and made it seem like it was cheated flagged my account?? I feel that it wasn't fair that I personally did not get notified or a warning that this could have been happening behind my back.... I would like to find a way to get my account back because I have spent money on the game without using any hacks.

I reached out to EA support and opened a case but they said I needed to reach out to CG_LucifersDaddy and fill out an appeal form but the url does not get me to the appeal form or to message lucifersdaddy. If any mods can lead to the right direction to solve this problem, I would appreciate it. Please help me. Thank you
