account deleted

Hello, i wanted to create a new account and i couldn't  my main account was linked with EA account, on my Ipad, Iphone and EA app on PC, on my ipad i wanted to create a new acount and play from both platforms. i deleted fom my ipad the account (it was still linked with EA account) and i managed to create a new account, but now my main account is not visible on EA or webstore and on my iphone and pc is gone and i can only create new account.... how can i recover the accont?
