Rote p5 used and deployed characters not available in p6

Hi Ive been trying to get some help with the in game helpdesk but it keeps giving me unrelated responses

Im experience an weird issue with ROTE during p5 I did all my missions that I have the characters for as well as deploying all my light side characters and ships before the phase ended.

The issue when p6 started, the game hasn't resetted all the characters I used in the missions as well as the light side character deployment. I am now unable to platoon required characters for p6 and I dont have any characters to use in this new phase.

I am now letting dow the guild withthe platoons and missions I can't partake in.
