Account hacked
Hey everyone,
I’m new here in the forum, so if I posted this in the wrong place or should have it in another format, please excuse that, but I need urgent help. A few weeks ago my account (ally code: 268-693-457) must have been hacked, or someone suddenly has guest access to it. It took awhile to realize what was going on and my experience with with the in game support has been somewhat frustrating I have to admit. It took me awhile to come here (as I was advised by guild members), but I hope someone can help me out.
Here’s a description of the issue/timeline of things: a couple of weeks ago I noticed some weird activities on my account. The thing that kickstarted everything was when my account left my at the time guild (Sk survivors) what seemed like it was happening on its own. While I found this really weird, I rejoined and put it aside as a random occurrence, as there were no other indicators. Over time more things came up, some spent resources (crystals, zetas), the guild was left a few times, etc. At this time I tried to resecure the account by changing logins and passwords on my connected ea accounts. This didn’t do anything, so I made a new ea account and also connected the account to my apple game center. For a while this seemed to work.
about a month ago the issue came up again, unfortunately I wasn’t able to immediately tackle it due to some personal issues. However I contacted in game support. Unfortunately they were not able to be very helpful, it didn’t seem like they even understood the issue. During the last month my account has been renamed several times and has joined 3 different guilds. I do still have full access to my account but the other seems to keep linking their own ea account to it. So I’m worried I may lose it soon. I’m not sure if this is a hacker or a guest access issue (something I only learned of recently)
Im somewhat desperate for help and hope someone from EA may read this and advise me on how to resecure my account and get the other person out. Or maybe someone knows someone I can get in touch with? I have my ally code and some other basic info bellow, I’m obviously able to provide more detailed account information if needed.
