Account hacked/Unauthorized user

Question

Hello,&nbsp;I woke up on April 13th to find out I&nbsp; lost access to my account. I spoke with a friend in the guild I am/was in, and they said my account was removed from their friends list, and the account left the guild. I made a purchase On April 12th for the Episode Pass using the same PayPal i've been using for a very long time, and have the receipt for it if proof is needed. The following link, https://swgoh.gg/p/621228491/, &nbsp;is the link directly to my profile on the swgoh.gg website showing the guild I should be in and the profile name I should have, however I will also be providing an attached screenshot of it in case the info on the page changes by the time you have had a chance to check it. I can provide the player ID for the account as requested, as well as the email and other further information.&nbsp;My account is only played through EA Connect on my PC and should not have any further accounts connected to it. It previously had a Google Play account connected as well, however I removed that and deleted it as there were hints of suspicious activity on it, and made EA connect the sole access and way I played on the account.&nbsp;I contacted EA Support(can provide case/ticket number upon request) and they said there was a Game Centre account attached to my account(which there should not be), however when I mentioned that was not me, I only kept getting the response to log in using that account and i'll have full access to my account again..... However I cannot do that as I never had a Game Centre account to begin with.Please let me know if there is any further I can try to provide to regain access to my account, or any further steps I need/can to take on my end to help resolve this.Thank you!

Sorry to hear someone else had gotten into your account. If you haven't already, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible to help get your account and system back into your control.
After that you'll need to get in touch with our support team to help recover the account itself and for any other changes or updates that need to take place on the account. As they'll need to discuss private account details, that is not something we can assist with here on the forums.
You can&nbsp;create a new case here and select Game Support &gt; EA Account &gt; I need help with my hacked account so the support team can assist with the actual account recovery.&nbsp;
Additionally, just to clarify, a Game Center account would just indicate a linked Google account still. You can check your connections page here (once the account is recovered as needed) to see which platforms are linked to a particular EA account.

Hello and thank you for reaching out to help!

I've done everything in the security steps to try to resolve the issue with no luck.

I have already contacted EA support with the issue, and can provide email and case number proof. However the support i've received has been less then helpful. I have explained the situation and have been getting recycled answers that they've already sent me previously after i've further explained everything. They are suggesting for me to just sign into the account that has access/has hacked my account to regain control..... Well problem is thats not my account so i dont know the log-in credentials and have asked numerous times for that account to be removed and i just keep getting told to just log into it and i'll be fine.

I do not have access to the account that has connected itself to my account and am looking to have that account removed so I can connect myself to that account once again.....

Please let me know if there is something I can do or someone I can DM with if need be about this as I am getting the same reply over and over again from EA Support..
