Account is not in sync with EA server

My account is stuck in a desync state. In-game mod inventory is 0, but swgoh.gg shows all mods are present. I cannot sign out or unlink the account - the game gives an error that it is impossible. I need a forced synchronization of my profile data or a manual refresh of my inventory from the server side. My local client is corrupted and cannot fetch the data. Ingame support ignores me. I have been trying to fix this for three days in a row, nothing helps.
