@EA_Gunner how can I do that? when I start up the game to login, it only gives me options to start as guest, sign in with EA connect, and Sign in with Google play. and also how can I link it to EA help? my old account isn't linked to an EA account I believe

that did not explain how to sign in for googlemail instead of Google play. none of the articles have helped so far. do I need technical assistance from someone with admin or dev privileges?

    where am I supposed to type in anything? in these screenshots is the entire sign in process. I don't get to type in anything I just get to choose which account I want to log in to. and If I click on add another account it takes me to my phones email log in so I can't type in googlemail.
